1) Registration and password:
Upon registration, you will be asked for an email address (USERNAME) and the relative password. Please write down this data to be able to log back into your account in the future (the lowercase and uppercase letters for the system are different, so be careful). Our staff is not able to know the password of your account as it is stored encrypted during registration. If you lose your password using the password recovery function, you can receive an email automatically generated by the system containing your registration data.
NOTE: The email is sent by a robot and in most cases it is identified as spam if you have an anti-virus / spam system, so if you use the password recovery function, we recommend that you temporarily disable your anti-spam.
Obviously the e-mail will be sent to the address you wrote during the registration procedure, so during the registration process, be very careful to type your e-mail address correctly.
If you are unable to recover your password you can contact us and one of our operators will reset your password and manually assign you another one.

RV Global s.r.l. is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the RV Global srl website, even for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to RV Global srl.
3) Technical Information
The technical information included on the RV Global s.r.l. website is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. RV Global s.r.l., therefore, reserves the right to modify / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any prior notice.
4) Product Availability
In the product catalog published on the RV Global s.r.l. since access and the possibility of placing an order online change the availability of the product in real time, RV Global s.r.l. does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, in case of unavailability or delays we will contact the customer as soon as possible to provide him with alternatives.
5) Risk and Property
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with charge on the invoice. The goods are under the responsibility of RV Global s.r.l. to the destination, at the customer's address. In the event that the goods were shipped carriage forward, upon the customer's indication (i.e. the customer sends his own carrier to collect the goods at our warehouse), the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported immediately on the courier's bulletin by adding the wording "subject to control" and within eight days by fax or e-mail, to RV Global srl. Even if the packaging is intact, the gear must 'be verified within eight days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or email within eight days. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication of confirmation of the order by electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number.
7) Cancellation of the order

8) Return & Satisfaction Guarantee
If the items purchased are not to your liking, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. It will be sufficient to send them back by post or courier postage paid, attaching the purchase list of the material to be returned or replaced. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as they are in new condition and in their original packaging. All ancillary costs for return practices (transport costs) are charged to the customer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: for hygienic and sanitary reasons, used / worn Intimate products cannot be returned
Note: it is recommended to properly pack the goods as the responsibility for the integrity of the same during the return procedure lies with the sender. 9) Minimum Order
For shipments destined for Italy minimum order is 6 Euro, for goods destined within the European community the minimum order is € 50.00 (transport costs excluded).
The transport costs indicated automatically by the system are to be considered purely indicative. In the case of delivery in disadvantaged areas or parts of the world, if the amount calculated automatically by the system does not cover the real shipping cost, we reserve the right to contact you to communicate the transport price. If this is deemed excessively burdensome by you, we will be able to separate the transport price from the order (in this case you will have to send us your carrier for collection).
In any case, we reserve the right not to ship to areas or parts of the world not covered by our trusted carriers.
All prices entered on the site, in the relative column, are inclusive of VAT. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
The goods supplied must be paid for by bank transfer or credit card.
For some selected products we also accept payments on COD (cash on delivery)
Orders with bank transfer payments are sent to processing only after the actual crediting of the account and we do not take into account receipts.

12) Shipping and deliveries
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by RV Global s.r.l. or its delegate. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by the system, based on the destination and weight-volume of the goods.
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ABOVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT, SEE OFFERS IN HOMEPAGE
No deliveries are made to the floors.
In case of theft / loss RV Global s.r.l. undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and / or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a note credit related to the product itself.
In the hypothesis that the transporter is appointed for any reason by the customer, RV Global s.r.l. will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
The delivery time to the courier, purely indicative, is approximately 2-3 working days from the date of the order (unless otherwise specified on the product itself) to which are added 1-3 working days for delivery to destination, excluding variations for reasons of major force.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
For extra-country exports, customs fees for imports are borne by the recipient.
IMPORTANT: Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, putting the wording 'goods control reserve' on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, immediately by fax, e-mail or registered letter with return receipt, to the operational headquarters:

Attention: if you accept without making the necessary reservations to the goods delivered by the courier, you will not be able in any way to claim any shortages or damage due to transport at a later time to RV Global s.r.l. but exclusively to the courier.
All goods sold enjoy the guarantee by RV Global s.r.l. and any service centers authorized by the producers of the articles.
Notes: The technical and aesthetic characteristics of the articles are indicative. The company is not liable for typographical errors or variations in the characteristics and prices introduced by the producers or for damage caused by improper use of the products. For any dispute the only competent court is that of Udine. Regulations concerning increases or decreases in VAT, currency exchange or sales taxes will give rise to adjustments.
These conditions of sale are valid only in Italy.
All prices in our price lists are to be understood in Euros.
